An update of people convicted and sentenced in the courts in Hull and the East Riding.John Fenwick, 53, of Hull Road, Anlaby Common, was fined £600 and had eight points put on his licence for driving without insurance. He was fined a further £200 for driving without a licence. Fenwick must pay £85 prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Christopher Chester, 21, of HMP Hull, was jailed for four weeks for stealing a £600 bicycle.Laura Collins, 26, of Wareham Close, Bransholme, was discharged conditionally for a year for willfully obstructing a police community support officer in the execution of his duty. She must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.Robert Hewson, 45, of Hessle Road, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for two years for using threatening words or behaviour. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.Shirley Nichols, 70, of King Street, Bridlington, was discharged conditionally for a year for stealing toiletries worth £17.27 from Boots in Hull. She must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.Natasha Rowbotham, 22, of Ashburn Grove, Spring Bank, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for six months for being drunk and disorderly. She must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.Matthew Sims, 28, of Holm Garth Drive, east Hull, must pay £200 compensation for damaging a car windscreen. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.David Taylor, 26, of Albert Avenue, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for six months for using threatening words or behaviour. He must pay £15 costs.Oliver Woodcock, 28, of Meden Avenue, Brough, was fined £225 and banned from driving for 12 months for drink-driving. He must pay £85 costs and a £25 surcharge.
