IT was good to get back to winning ways on Saturday at London Broncos.
Games like that are always tricky because we were expected to win, and by a big margin as well.
So, anything less than the 62-10 result would have led to some questions being asked about us.
The biggest obstacle to overcome in games like that is complacency and we did that.
I feel for the Broncos players as they have been on the wrong end of scores like that all season.
But, to their credit, they kept going and I really hope they can get a win before the season ends.
Greg Eden was fantastic in the game and hopefully can be consistent like that for the remainder of the season.
The result could have come at a cost to us, though, as we had three players forced to come off with injuries.
They'll be assessed this week and hopefully we'll get some good news before we play what is the biggest game of the season for us against Widnes.
I've got to thank the fans who made the trip down to London.
They all seemed to really enjoy themselves and watching them doing the conga through the stands was hilarious.Hallett brings passport - for coach to London! CONNOR Robinson made a solid debut against London and got his Super League career off to the perfect start with the big win.
The biggest compliment I can give him is that he didn't look like someone who was making his debut.
Hopefully, it's the start of a long career at Hull KR for him.
He didn't shut up all the way home telling us about the try-saving tackle he made which apparently changed the game.
Another player who was named in the squad was Macauley Hallett.
He didn't make the final team but he isn't too far away from making his debut.
Macca is a lovely kid, but he isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, as those who know him can vouch for.
I've got a couple of stories to back this up.
A couple of weeks ago at training someone asked him what a noun was.
He replied '55 minutes.' When we'd all stopped laughing and asked him why he'd replied that he said that he misheard the question and thought he'd been asked what an hour was. Hilarious.
And when Chris Chester told him that he was in the squad for London and sarcastically told him not to forget his passport we were all amazed when he turned up for the coach journey and handed his passport in. Another classic.
