A TEENAGER was robbed by a gang of men as he walked through a city cemetery.
The 19-year-old man was walking through Trinity Burial Ground, in Castle Street, when he was approached by four men.
One of the gang members demanded the victim hand over his money. After he gave them cash, one of the men punched him in the face.
Police said he suffered a bruised and swollen eye, but did not need medical treatment.
It happened between 12.30pm and 1pm on Saturday.
A spokesman for Humberside Police said: "Given the time of the incident it is likely that someone may have seen the group of four men in the area before or afterwards."
The main offender is described as white, between 30 and 40 years old, and 6ft 2ins. He was wearing a dark top with the hood up and dark bottoms.
He also spoke with a local accent.
Anyone with information should call police on 101.
