Hull KR fell to their first defeat under caretaker coach Chris Chester with an 30-6 defeat to Leeds Rhinos at Headingley.
After waiting an hour for the first points of the game, the game exploded into life in the final quarter with six tries.
Unfortunately for Rovers, Rob Burrow, Liam Sutcliffe and Carl Ablett's tries were all converted by Kevin Sinfield to put them in command.
KR hooker Josh Hodgson pulled a try back for the Robins, converted by Travis Burns, and Neville Costigan went close moments later.
However, Leeds struck twice in the closing stages through Danny McGuire and Burrow's second of the night.
Sinfield finished the clash with five conversions from five on a successful return to the team.
Worryingly for Rovers, an injury saw Rhys Lovegrove go off and not return after just four minutes.
