He must pay £85 costs, a £60 victim surcharge and £35.40 compensation.Michaela Richardson, 25, of Great Thornton Street, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly and failing to surrender to custody.John Fairburn, 33, of Valiant Drive, east Hull, was jailed for seven days for stealing three jars of coffee, worth £15, from Co-op, and for driving a car he knew had been taken with- out the owner's consent.Thomas Kay, 47, of Harley Street, west Hull, must comply with a 12-month community order for using a public electronic communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. He must pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Philip Lovick, 28, of Wellington House, Porter Street, west Hull, was fined £70 for possessing cannabis. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Melissa Matthews, 31, of Dover Street, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £132.50 compensation for stealing a handbag containing a Samsung mobile phone, house keys, car keys, glasses and other items. She must pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.Jamie O'Brien, 39, c/o The Greenway, Gipsyville, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for failing to comply with a police officer's direction to leave an area for 48 hours to reduce the likelihood of alcohol-related crime and failing to provide in custody a non-intimate sample for a Class A drugs test.
