An update of people convicted and sentenced in the courts in Hull and the East Riding.John Culver, 57, of Albert Avenue, west Hull, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for being drunk and disorderly. He must pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.Ronald Hazell, 50, of Beverley Road, west Hull, was ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work for claiming Housing Benefit and Jobseeker's Allowance while working. He must also pay a £60 victim surcharge.Luke Oliver, 22, of Park Road, west Hull, was fined £37 for being in possession of cannabis. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Mark Dawson, 35, of Staveley Road, east Hull, must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and complete an alcohol treatment program, for stealing meat and curtains. He must pay £59.98 compensation, £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Jed Hatfield, 23, of Bilsdale Grove, east Hull, was given three points on his licence for using a mobile phone while driving. He was also fined £35 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Jordan Howlett, 19, of Station Road, Eastrington, was fined £40 and must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge for riding a bicycle without any lights.Paul Jackson, 45, of Lansdowne Road, Bridlington, was fined £35 for riding a bicycle through a red light. He must also pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Aiden Porteous, 19, of Cranbrook Avenue, north Hull, was fined £40 for riding a bicycle along a footpath. He must also pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Stephen Reynolds, 42, of Aysgarth Rise, Bridlington, was given three points on his driving licence for exceeding the 30mph speed limit. He was fined £200 and must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
