Sally Coles, of Barham Road, has been given 42 days to leave the house she lived in with Alan Prince, 42, who was jailed for three years after police discovered £197,000 of amphetamines at his home.
Police believe Prince was part of a drug ring that flooded the streets of Hull.
Despite Coles denying any knowledge of the drugs, or Prince was a dealer following his arrest last year, a subsequent county court has been "satisfied she must have had some knowledge" of the crimes.
DCI Mike Reed, the head of the forces organised crime team, said; "It is often the case family members turn a blind eye to their partner's criminal activities."
"It is not fair that honest, hardworking people have to struggle to make ends meet in the current economic climate, while others live a cash-rich lifestyle from the proceeds of crime."
