He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.David Crundall, 24, of Sunny Dene, west Hull, was disqualified from driving for 22 months for drink driving without insurance or licence and without due care and attention. He was fined £270 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.Liam Henry, 27, of Tedworth Road, east Hull, was fined £95 for being drunk and disorderly. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.Ria Ransom, 19, of Grafton Street, west Hull, was fined £265 for drink driving a car without a licence or insurance. She was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Stacey Wheeler, 35, of Clumber Street, west Hull, was fined £95 for being drunk and disorderly. He (correct) was ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.Victoria Young, 45, of Sandringham Street, west Hull, was disqualified from driving for 17 months for drink driving. She was fined £95 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Kaspars Bauers, 31, of Albany Street, west Hull, was fined £60 for cycling on a footpath. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.Sergejus Belkinas, 45, of Taunton Road, west Hull, was given six points on his licence for driving a car without insurance. He was fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.Mark Goundrill, 45, of Patrington Haven, Patrington, was fined £300 for driving a car with too dark windows. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.Christopher Jennings, 24, of The Terrace, Driffield, was given three points and fined £125 for exceeding the 30mph speed limit.
