The Mail's Femail Live event is taking place today at the Country Park Inn in Hessle.
The event offers a one-stop shop where visitors can meet representatives from leading businesses in the area who can help you look and feel your best.
Admission is free and it's the perfect opportunity to speak to experts to ask them face-to-face how you can get fitter, lose weight and look younger.

Among the exhibitors is Erlinda Jelita Spa, based in The Weir in Hessle.
Those visiting Femail Live will get to sample a taste of what the spa offers including massage, reflexology, threading and more.
Other brands exhibiting are Gymophobics, Dixon Photography, Hair Majesty, Holderness Laser Clinic, Beverley Natural Therapy, Cottingham Gym and Silver Penguin.
It runs until 3.30pm.
