HULL City are being linked with Bolton stalwart Lee Chung-Yong, who looks set to leave the Reebok Stadium.
The Korean winger has been targeted by Steve Bruce to strengthen his midfield for a second Premier League season and Europa League football, according to FootballLeagueWorld.
First linked with City back in February , Chung-Yong has made it clear he wants a Premier League return after Bolton's successive promotion failure.
The Wanderers are set to demand around £6 million or so for Lee, who signed from Korean side Seoul in the summer of 2009.
But the Tigers are not alone in their pursuit. Sunderland have also been sniffing around the ace, who is currently away with the South Korea World Cup squad in Brazil.
Lee has played 153 games for Bolton, scoring 14 League goals in a five-year spell.Could Chester play a more prominent Wales role?
FOLLOWING his successful international debut last month, James Chester has laid down a serious marker for Wales defenders Ashley Williams and James Collins for the start of the Euro 2016 qualifiers.Chris Coleman is firmly fixed on France as the road to Paris and the European Championship gets underway in the autumn against Andorra before home clashes with Bosnia and Cyprus.
And Tigers centre-back Chester is very much in the running to kick-off the campaign as a starting centre-back after impressing on his debut against the Netherlands earlier this month.
And Wales assistant Osian Roberts told WalesOnline: "We were very pleased with James' performance. There is no question he will be competing for a starting place. Now it's up to the others to respond.
"They have seen the challenge and it will be good to see the reply.
"He's a good player, who is a quiet lad and just goes about doing the job.
"James is very good on the ball, a good passing range both short and long, very good technically and fitted in well.
"It was his debut and there could have been nerves considering it was a big occasion and he was facing Van Persie, Robben and Sneijder who have scored 92 international goals between them, but he did really, really well.
"If he can cope with that then there is no doubt he will be a good addition for us."
Could we see more of James in a Wales shirt in the not-too-distant future?Jelavic: We are better than Cameroon
AND finally, City striker Nikica Jelavic has claimed that his side have more than enough to overcome Cameroon as they better 'in every position'.
Croatia's opening World Cup clash against Brazil ended in a controversial 3-1 defeat, leaving Niko Kovac's side in need of a win against Cameroon on Wednesday.
Jelavic, who is likely to be replaced by Mario Mandzukic for the game, is confident his side can earn all three points against the Indomitable Lions.
"We must forget as soon as possible about the game against Brazil, not talk about it and focus on our game against Cameroon," Jelavic told the press.
"I didn't watch the Mexico v Cameroon game, only the first part but we are better than Cameroon in every position and will win.
"It makes no sense to talk about Brazil, we must forget that game."
