ARMED police officers seized three guns from two men in a van.
Officers were seen pointing guns at the pair, who were in a van parked in Stepney Lane, off Beverley Road.
Three guns were found in the van.
A spokeswoman for Humberside Police said the two men, aged 17 and 19, were arrested on suspicion of firearms and drugs offences.
Officers were called to the street at 7.25pm on Tuesday after a member of the public reported seeing a gun.
The spokeswoman said: "A member of the public called to advise about a group of men in the area in a white van and a possible sighting of a firearm.
"As a precaution, armed officers were deployed to the scene where they quickly arrested two men and recovered three firearms."
The men remain in custody.
