A 76-year-old man has died at home three weeks after an accident in Holderness Road, east Hull.Police are investigating whether chest and neck injuries he suffered in the crash on Friday, May 16, are linked to his death last Friday.
The man was travelling in the front passenger seat of a blue Toyota Yaris when it was involved in an accident with a blue Citroen C3 near the Jubilee Filling Station at 12.38pm. He was said to have sustained minor injuries.
Three other people were involved in the crash. An 86-year-old man was treated in hospital for serious injuries, and two women, aged 86 and 71, were also hurt.
Investigating officers now want to find a woman they believe saw the crash. She is described as white, aged between 25 and 35, with long, light brown hair. She was collected from outside the garage a short time after the accident.
