Philip Hodgson, 69, of Ledbury Road, west Hull, was fined £37 for driving on a footpath and £37 for wilfully obstructing a highway. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Joanne McWilliam, 43, of Westbourne Avenue, Hessle, was fined £250 and had six points put on her licence for driving without insurance. She must pay £85 costs and a £25 victim surcharge.
Ahmed Mohammad, 35, of Great Thornton Street, west Hull, was fined £200 and had three points put on his licence for driving without due care and attention. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Philip Osborne, 65, of Woodlands Road, west Hull, was fined £37 and had his licence endorsed with three points for driving without due care and attention. He must pay £43 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Sarah Richardson, 34, of Chelmer Road, east Hull, was fined £200 for failing to stop at a red light and £200 for driving while using a mobile phone. Her licence was endorsed with three points and she must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Stig Shimells, 56, of Westway Avenue, Orchard Park, was fined £330 and had his driving licence endorsed with six points for driving without insurance. She must pay £85 costs and a £49 victim surcharge.
Demi Thomas, 20, of Welbury Grove, east Hull, was fined £42 and had three points put on her licence for driving without a licence. She must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
