An update of people convicted and sentenced in the courts in Hull and the East Riding.Franciscus Robertus Egrudas Vabdenberg, 46, of Thoresby Street, west Hull, was given six points on his licence and fined £600 for failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Christopher Dyson, 22, of Regis Court, east Hull, was given a community order and a supervision requirement for assaulting Gary Dyson and damaging a window worth £150. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.Ben Joy, 25, of De La Pole Avenue, west Hull, was ordered to do 100 hours' unpaid work for possessing mephedrone, known as M-Cat. He was also ordered to pay £310 costs, £100 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.Jamie Luker, 28, of Lambwath Road, east Hull, was fined £50 for stealing 14 boxes of washing up tablets, worth £69.86 from Home Bargains. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Ashley Moss, 25, of Swanage Walk, west Hull was fined £50 for stealing a £1,000 motorbike and being in possession of cannabis. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.Jake North, 22, of Sunny Bank, west Hull, was ordered to do 140 hours of unpaid work for stealing toiletry products valuing £30.59. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.Keith Jewitt, 58, of Woodbine Close, west Hull, was jailed for 14 days for not paying his council tax between March 2007 and 2010. He was also ordered to pay £698 costs.Christopher Winn, 46, of Alaska Street, east Hull, was given three points on his licence and fined £40 for exceeding the 30mph speed limit and for failing to surrender his licence. He was also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.Stephen Bentley, 61, of Park View, west Hull, was given five points on his driving licence and fined £120 for failing to stop at the scene of an accident and not reporting it.
