A 78-year-old woman had to be evacuated from a ferry after she collapsed, injuring her face and neck.
The crew aboard the ferry, along with a doctor, decided she needed hospital treatment and would need to be evacuated back to Grimsby.
The Humber Lifeboat at Spurn Point was called and evacuated the woman and her husband.
Ben Mitchell, RNLI crew member, said: "Once they were aboard we assessed the injuries during our transit to Grimsby."
