HULL KR have handed new deals to nine players from their scholarship side, meaning they will continue their progress with the U19s next season.
Ben Holdstock, Cory Sanderson, Chris Smith, Liam Wake, Liam Harris, Kieran Moran, Trevor Oloutch, Will Jubb and Harvey Clappison have all impressed Player Performance Manager Pete Grayburn enough to make the step at MS3 Craven Park.
Player Performance Manager Pete Grayburn is delighted that they're remaining with the club to further their education, both on and off the field, and said:
Holdstock, Sanderson, Smith, Wake, Harris and Moran will now study for an advanced apprenticeship in sporting excellence, providing them with a rugby league orientated education and a BTEC Level 3 qualification, whilst Oloutch, Jubb and Clappison will continue to training with Rovers on a night.
"We're delighted for all of them," said Grayburn.
"All of the lads played a part this season, regardless of whether they've stayed with us for next year or moved on. We had a really good team ethos and it's been a privilege and a pleasure to be part of that group of kids."
