Police found £900 of fake bank notes in a car after a chase across East Yorkshire. Two men were arrested when they tried to flee after crashing into a field in Woldgate, near Bridlington.
The chase began when the Ford Mondeo was spotted being driven dangerously near Market Weighton at 3pm on Tuesday. Officers used a stinger to try and stop the car, but it continued before crashing.
Inside, fake £20 notes worth about £900 were found. A spokeswoman for Humberside Police said the men were also arrested for other matters in different police force areas.
