FOUR people have been arrested after a man was attacked when he complained about a noisy party.
The 42-year-old man suffered a fractured eye socket and cheekbone after he challenged his neighbours about the party on Tuesday.
After going to the house in Sewerby Road, Bridlington, to complain, the man noticed a gang throwing a beer can at his home.
When he went outside and remonstrated with them, he was assaulted by the group.
Three 22-year-old men and a 23-year-old man, all from Bridlington, have been arrested and released on bail.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to call 101.
