HULL FC will be without their form centre and key half-back for Sunday's crunch game with Huddersfield Giants. Hull will attempt to address a three-match losing streak without Ben Crooks and Daniel Holdsworth, both of who have been left out of Hull's 19-man squad. Crooks has not responded to treatment after rolling his ankle in the defeat to Wakefield Wildcats on Monday evening, while Holdsworth will have further scans to discover the extent of a calf injury sustained in the same game. "Ben rolled his ankle in last week's game and did well to stay on the field," explained coach Peter Gentle. "He hasn't responded to treatment as well as we would have hoped, so at the moment we are looking to next week for him. "We are hoping it is just one week but we will have to wait and see how it develop over the next few days. "Daniel has more scans later today. He won't be playing this weekend, but we will wait and see the extent of it and whether he can play next week. "We have options in the halves. Aaron Heremaia can slip in there, as can Joe Westerman or Richard Whiting."Hull FC 19-man squad: Arundel, Briscoe, Ellis, Galea, Green, Heremaia, Houghton, Johnson, Lineham, Lynch, Miller, McDonnell, O'Meley, Pitts, Tickle, Watts, Westerman, Whiting, Yeaman.
