HULL: The popular Dove House Hospice annual Summer Fair is taking place this month.
Held in the grounds of the hospice in Chamberlain Road, east Hull, the fair will be jam-packed with fair games, craft stalls, bouncy castles, a bar, barbecue, cakes and refreshments.
There will also be live entertainment in the It's A Knockout challenge, where teams will battle it out on giant inflatables.
There are still some stalls available to book for the Summer Fair, for a range of purposes, from selling business goods or earning a little extra cash from a hobby.
They are £40, which includes a covered market stall. To book, email fundraising@dovehouse.org.uk or call 01482 785743.

Johanna is a local gymnastics volunteer and will be honoured for her work in the sports community.
She helps at after school clubs, Aspire and West Hull Gymnastics clubs and the Hull Special Olympics Club.
She will be given a commemorative jersey and be invited to a special VIP day in London at a presentation at the Spurn Lightship at 11.30am.
WEST HULL: The Friends of Pickering Park have been given a £10,000 Eco Health grant from City Health Care Partnership CIC.
The grants are usually up to £1,000 for local voluntary and community groups to spend on activities, projects and one-off events to improve the health and well-being of people in Hull and the East Riding.
However, earlier this year, the partnership decided to have special one-off grant of £10,00 for projects which link environmental activities to improving the health of local communities.
Friends of Pickering Park received £10,000 while a further £7,800 went to Environmental and Management Solutions in east Hull.
