Emergency services were called after a man caught his arm in industrial rollers at a site in east Hull.
Firefighters and paramedics rushed to the scene on Holderness Road in east Hull yesterday at about 3.30pm.
A spokeswoman for Humberside Fire and Rescue said there were three appliances in attendance, along with a rescue unit.
The man was released and left in care of paramedics and it is not yet known how serious his injuries are.
