RUNNERS taking part in today's Jane Tomlinson Hull 10K race will only be able to run 9km of the course, due to technical problems.
Organisers of the annual race were forced to delay the 9am start by 15 minutes due to "hydraulic problems" affecting a bridge around Hull Marina.
In the last few minutes, it has been announced a diversion will be put in place around the 5.5km mark.
However, it means the 3,500 runners will miss 1km of the course.
