A GANG suspected of raiding fruit machines at a city arcade have been caught on camera.
The two men and a woman escaped from Jackpot Amusements in Askew Avenue, west Hull, with about £400.
Police said one of the men and the woman distracted staff while the other man used a metal prod to interfere with the machines' electricity supply.
This led to the money being released from the machines.
Arcade owner Darren Beckett said: "It is so frustrating. These machines cost a fortune. I only have one small arcade and am just trying to make a living.
"They can take a full week's worth of money in just a few seconds and the damage to the machines can cost up to £1,000 to repair."
The CCTV images show the gang suspected of the thefts.
One female staff member was in the arcade when the group came in.
One of the men and the woman distracted her by asking her questions, while the other man raided four machines.
Mr Beckett said: "The metal prod they used makes the machine short-circuit and all the money comes out.
"It all happened really quickly, they were in and out within half an hour, even though they did four machines.
"Later on, when I found out what had happened, I checked the CCTV and saw we had some really clear pictures of them doing it, so I just hope they are caught.
"It is hard enough to run a business at the minute, without things like this happening.
"I know it has happened at other arcades and I have given the pictures to other owners in the area so they can see if they recognise them."
Humberside Police have confirmed they want to speak to the people in the images.
The theft happened between 5pm and 5.30pn on April 23.
