HULL FC coach Peter Gentle says his side will head to Warrington tomorrow with an 'air of confidence' now running through his team.
The Black and Whites have won seven of their last eight games, securing a Challenge Cup quarter-final spot as well as climbing to sixth in Super League.
It has seen momentum build into FC's campaign as the season heads into the business stage, and Gentle is urging his players to maintain a belief in their own ability.
"We have an air of confidence about us," Gentle said.
"We haven't got carried away or big-headed or over confident with what we are doing, and we have continued to work hard and the results are there.
"It doesn't guarantee you a result, but it gives you a head start."
Warrington themselves head into the contest in fine form, with five straight wins under their belt, and Gentle is predicting an exciting contest as his side look to avenge their 24-10 loss to the Wolves at the KC Stadium earlier this season.
"They are a good team and a good test for us," he added.
"Every week is a challenge, but they are a bit higher on the table than what we have been playing against.
"They have scored over 100 points in the last three weeks, they are the best off-loading side in the competition and their attack is very good.
"I think we have been in good form too and it will be a pretty good game."
FC will be without prop Liam Watts, who suffered an ankle injury last week, but he should be fit to play against Hull KR at the Magic Weekend.
Ben Galea and Joe Westerman are also expected to return for the KR derby clash.
