A MAN has today denied murdering an East Yorkshire antiques dealer.
Graham Richardson, 26, denies murdering Peter Battle at his home in Full Sutton.
Mr Richardson, of Norton, North Yorkshire, has been remanded in custody to appear at Hull Crown Court at a later date.
Mr Battle died from severe head injuries and police believe he could have been dead for weeks before his body was discovered.
