A teenager was robbed by a gang near Hull's Bank Side.
The victim, 18, was walking along a cycle track when he was approached by a gang of five males on Sunday, just after 11.30pm.
One of the gang, aged about 17, spoke to the victim before hitting him several times around the head. The group stole a laptop in a black Ellesse bag.
The attacker was white, about 5ft 6in and wearing black tracksuit bottoms.
