A five-year-old child has been taken to hospital after an accident involving a silver Renault Megane.
Police and an ambulance were called after the five-year-old was involved in a collision with a car at 8.46am today on Manorfield Road, close to the Sports Centre in Driffield.
The child was taken to HRI and treated for what are believed to be minor injuries.
