Police are searching for two men who asked three girls to get into their car.
The girls were standing at the junction of Southcoates Lane and Preston Road in Hull at around 5.30pm on Saturday, March 16 when they shouted at by two men in a black hatchback as they stopped at the traffic lights.
The men suggested the girls get into their car but the girls ran off towards Preston Road as the men drove off down Southcoates Avenue towards Holderness Road.
The men are described as both being white and aged in their 20s. One is described as having ginger hair and wearing a dark Adidas top while the other had brown hair.
This is the third attempted child accosting reported in East Yorkshire in less than two weeks.
On Tuesday three men tried to force a boy into a van outside Stepney Primary School on Beverley Road in Hull. Meanwhile, two boys were approached by a man in Kingston Road, Willerby on Sunday, who asked them to get into his van. On each occasion the youngsters ran away.
