HULL City's brave run in the FA Youth Cup was brought to an end by an impressive Liverpool side as they picked up a 3-0 win at the KC Stadium.
City started as the better of the two sides in the early exchanges, before the Reds came into their own during the second half.
With Tigers boss Steve Bruce and his Liverpool counterpart Brendan Rogers looking on from the stands, an entertaining game ensued in front of a 1,651 crowd.
But when Lloyd Jones got the opening goal after 53 minutes, the Reds never looked back and a brace from Harry Dunn secured a semi-final tie against Chelsea.
