HULL City have signed Peterborough midfielder George Boyd on loan until the end of the season.
The Scotland 'B' international can play on the wing, but prefers to play in an attacking midfield position.
A failed medical because of an eye test denied the 27-year-old a move to Nottingham Forest during the January transfer window.
Boyd has scored seven goals from midfield in a struggling side that currently sit in the Championship relegation zone.
He scored in Posh's 5-1 demolition of Millwall on Tuesday night and will go straight into the Tigers squad to face Bolton on Saturday, with a place on the bench most likely.
